Personnel was very amiable and especially helpful!

Hotel was extremely comfy and relaxing and the room was functional. The breakfast was exceptionally nice as expected with rice and soup, for example. The location was lovely, just a walking distance from Zenryu-ji Temple. I loved having a metro station within 15 minutes walk.

stylish hotel in a favourable location near to subway. location close enough to golden gai and train station, restaurants and convenient stores. for tea or coffee visit cafe du riche nearby. the rooms with a great bed, excellent shower. exceptionally nice breakfast, lots of meals. quick check in and late check out. everything modern.

The hotel was conveniently situated near a bustling area with plenty of dining options and convenience stores just a short walk away. Additionally, the proximity to the train station made it easy to explore the city. The rooms were sparkling clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

One drawback was the lack of tumble dry machines, although there was a coin laundrette nearby. Additionally, the small size of the rooms could be a bit cramped for some guests.

We really enjoyed the hotel; it was comfortable, modern, and had an absolutely incredible location just next door to the Narita Express and a taxi. the staff was excellent and very helpful all the time. - There were very comfy beds and a safe, central heating, and an electronic key card inside the room.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Cen during our recent trip to Japan. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our late check-in smooth and even guiding us to a nearby bar open past midnight. The English spoken by the staff was the best we encountered during our entire trip. The room, with its comfortable bed, great shower, and amazing toilet, provided everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to multiple train lines. The breakfast offered a mix of Western and Asian options, including delicious croissants and soup. We will definitely be returning to Tokyo and basing our trip from Hotel Cen.

I really loved the modern design and intelligent finishes at Cen. The room, although a little small, was super clean and had the most comfortable beds. The shower was amazing, with a great water pressure and temperature control. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, tucked away in a quiet street behind all the main sights of the city. It was also close to the stations, making it convenient for exploring Tokyo. I highly recommend Cen for a few days visit to Tokyo.

The location here is excellent, with Omoide Yokocho nights Market just a 10-15 minutes' walk away, and many central attractions nearby.

Short walk to grocery shops, restaurants, and Okubo Train Station. Staff called taxi to Haneda Airport. Luggage fit under bed. Small, clean room. Quiet and newly built. Bubble tea cafe in front. Comfy bed and sheets. Easy check-in and check-out. Nicely done, new and clean rooms.
